It’s become clear from the start that I need a measurement converstion chart. Below is a link to one such chart if you need one too. This will convert metric to Imperial, centigrade to fahrenheit, and, how cool is this, it has a list of terminology differences: for example, eggplant versus aubergine, single cream versus half-and-half.
